Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ​OleaBriq. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time 

To ensure a fast and smooth shipment of your orders, we have a reliable partner with whom we work closely together: the DHL Express.

The goods leave our central warehouse five days a week. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays goods are not delivered.

We use DHL Express, ensuring your order is delivered within one to eight days of purchase. The exact delivery time depends on the Shipment Method you select during checkout. In particular, "EXPRESS WORLDWIDE EU" method takes 1-3 days and "ECONOMY SELECT" method takes 4-8 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

For deliveries in Greece, OleaBriq partners with TNT Greece, allowing us to deliver direct to your door and offer reasonable prices. The delivery time for domestic orders varies from three to six days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the shipment method that you choose. The returning shipping charges include the vat amount (24%) and the fuel surcharge (18,5% for the express services and 10,5% for the economy select).  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

The locations we currently ship to are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,  Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic and Finland.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your DHL tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

OleaBriq is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

OleaBriq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Returns Policy

OleaBriq allows you 10 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.

For reimbursements:

- If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
